On February 13, 2021, Marcella Simien performed as a featured guest at Mardi Gras Mambo. The annual event, held in Lafayette, Louisiana, was held this year as a virtual conference featuring Marcella Simien, Terrance Simien, and the Zydeco Experience.

The event celebrates Creole culture while providing their audience with a fun and positive environment. Marcella has been performing with her father since she was a young girl, and was excited to share a musical experience with him yet again.
