We are an independent music management and production company dedicated to supporting artists and their recordings. We are a cooperative launching pad for musicians who have an original approach to creating and performing music.

Yonas Media owns and operates two recording studios, one in New York City and the other in Oakland, CA.

YONAS MEDIA EAST

Located in the heart of the East Village, Yonas Media East provides the intimate environment of a private studio with the horse power of an up-to-date commercial facility. Our roster of in house engineers and producers are able to tackle any of your audio demands on site. Whether you are looking for mind blowing mixes, great sounding vocals, or unique instrument overdubs we are confident that we will meet your musical needs at the highest level.

Based around Pro Tools 9 HD TDM, and Logic 9, our studio is intuitively set up for fluid compatibility with new clients who are looking to bring their talent into a professional recording environment. When not in use for our personal projects, Yonas Media East is available for private rental by independent engineers, producers, artists or composers. Yonas Media East could be your new home base for music production here in NYC.

The Basics:

3. Excellent environmental air control. Our own dedicated A/C and heating system. Isolated ducting and fresh air introduction.

YONAS MEDIA WEST

 

Our West Coast Facility is a high end production facility designed to create an environment which is conducive to both creativity and efficiency. A Protools HD 5 Accel System provides more mixing power than most of our clients utilize, while the control 24 control surface gives the mixer more control.

 

A large, spacious control filled with keyboards (88 key Rhodes, Wurli, Hammond B3 Organ, Juno 106, and various synths by Korg and Moog). The studio has 3 iso booths and a 20 x 18 live room with a vaulted ceiling. The live room has great sight lines with all vocal booths and is perfect for tracking trios, quartets, and even quintets.
